Recently I discovered that 3D printing isn't particularly viable in my new apartment (many reasons) so I turned to good old plastic and I picked up a kit I've had my eyes on for a while, the Dungeons and Lasers Npc pack (I also picked up another but i'm unlikely to get around to that for a while). I decided to tackle the town guards first and there is actually a lot of them in the pack (perhaps 30-40) so I assembled roughly half of them (which was a more or less painless procedure) and got some base coats down in speed paints. These images have been taken just after I washed the armor with the dark blue/ grey tone, my current favorite "steel" recipe.
